1 - These terms govern all bookings made with NetReservas.SL ("NetReservas") travel agency with license number I-AV-0001082.2 (Gran Canaria). All correspondence should be addressed to NetReservas SL, Calle el Rayo 2, 35530 Villa de Teguise, Palacio Ico, Locales 7-9, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2 - Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be considered as an authorization to charge your credit card to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. The charge will be made by NetReservas in case of rates identified as "Prepayment" or by the hotel in case of rates identified as "Payment in the hotel" (in this case the hotel will charge the amount at the reception desk). In the event of it not being possible to proceed with payment for whatever reason, NetReservas reserves the right to subsequently cancel confirmed reservations, advising the client of this decision.

3 - Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and NetReservas SL shall come into existence until NetReservas SL a) issues a booking reference number and b) a booking confirmation by email. In the event of closure of last minute sales and as a consequence no more places in the reserved accommodation being available, NetReservas will have the right to cancel the reservation. The client will be informed in writing within the next 48 hours after receiving the reservation confirmation.

4 - Payment Methods:

- Contracted reservations with "Payment in hotel, free cancellation"; the payment of 100% of the reservation will be made in the hotel. Your credit card information will guarantee the reservation. NetReservas will not take any payment from your supplied credit card, the information will be submitted to the hotel by fax (completely secure 100%). If you wish an invoice of your booking, the hotel will provide it at the time of the payment .

- Contracted reservations with "Inmediate payment, free cancellation": The payment will be made through NetReservas's web sited by credit or debit card (prior booking form) the total amount of the booking will be charged except if you choose the payment by bank transfer; for such a national or international bank transfer you shall contact directly with our reservations department under +34 928 593 003 or also you can click on this option in the booking form during the booking process.

*If payment of a reservation is made by bank transfer, in the event of cancellation or changes in the reservation, the costs of return by transfer will be the responsibility of the client. *

In the event that the rate published on the website is not applicable because of a typing error or because of the cancellation of occasional offers on the accommodation, NetReservas reserves the right to correct the reservation within 48 hours following its receipt. The client will be informed in writing of the current valid price and/or possible alternatives in these circumstances. In the event that the new conditions should not be accepted, the client will have the right to cancel the reservation without charge. In the event of not receiving a response from the client within 48 hours following the change of the reservation, NetReservas will have the right to cancel the reservation.

Reservations with the special rate for Early-Booking:We inform you that this rate is applicable for reservations made and paid up to the date indicated during the reservation process and in the confirmation of the reservation. In the event of not receiving payment before the deadline mentioned, the rate without the special discount will be applied automatically. Reservations with the special Canarian Resident price, please bear in mind that the Hotel reception will ask for necessary documentation to prove your residence in the Canary Islands (DNI, residency certificate). If this is not available, the Hotel will proceed to charge the difference between the resident officer and the normal rate.

5 - You must make payment for extras (such as meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry) prior to your departure from the hotel.

6 - The cancellation and changes policy of a confirmed reservation is subject to the following conditions:

-Our cancellation and changes policy for reservations is the following: The first night will be charged for cancellations or amendments made within 2 days prior to arrival (with the exception of accommodation which indicates different conditions in their cancellation policy).

- All amendments are subject to availability.

- At the time of making the reservation, the client is responsible for consulting the cancellation policy corresponding to the chosen accommodation. The cancellation policy of an already confirmed reservation is also available in the confirmation sent by e-mail.

- Any notifications must be made within the working hours of NetReservas (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, Canaries time and 10am – 15pm on Saturday (MET-1))

- If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no-show) or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when NetReservas SL receives notification from you during NetReservas SL working hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to the cancellation policy described on the next paragraph.

- Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on the Netreservas.com web site, by e-mail or by calling +34 928 593 003.

7 - On the last step of the reservation process, a section called "Comments" will appear on the Reservation Form to insert your requests and submit them to the hotel. Any special request cannot be confirmed prior to your arrival as they are subject to availability of the hotel on the check-in-day.

8 - NetReservas offers the following room types: Double room Room with two single beds or one double bed, suitable for two people. Single room Room with one single bed, suitable for one person. Double room for single use Same as double room but occupied by only one person. Triple room Room with double bed and a sofa bed, or two single beds and a sofa bed. Most hotels do not have full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms. Quadruple room Room with two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for two people or a double bed and a sofa bed. Most hotels do not have full size bed for each guest in their quadruple rooms. Twin/Double + child Room with twin beds or a double bed with a sofa bed, suitable for a child aged between 2-12 years. Cot/cradle or crib Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years. The website may contain photos of the accommodation. If so, this is based on specifications provided to us by the accommodation providers. The photos will only be a general representation of the accommodation. Actual design, fixtures, furnishings and facilities may vary from those shown on the photos.

9 - NetReservas forces the hotels to guarantee that the introduced information on our website is real and reliable during the housing registration process. The information and photos of each one are provided by suppliers. If the hotel make any changes without a previous notice to NetReservas, the responsability for that information falls squarely on the hotel. If you consider that the quality/services/images of the hotel do not conform the reality you should contact with NetReservas as soon as posible. In these cases we can reallocate you or give you other alternatives if you inform us about your dissatisfaction during your stay.

10 - Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to NetReservas SL in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint or claim regarding the hotel must be made known immediately to the establishment's management and to NetReservas during the stay. Claims or complaints will not be accepted once you have left the accommodation.

11 - You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred to a third party.

12 - Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

13 - NetReservas intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honour your reservation due to overbooking or any other unpredictable circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, NetReservas and/or the client will have the right to cancel the reservation without any charge and the total amount of the reservation will be refund. (24/48 hours from the resolution).

14 - NetReservas SL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service.

15 - Legal jurisdiction. All terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our websites shall be filed only in Spain, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

16 - NetReservas SL reserves the right to change these terms without previous notification.
