PLAYAS DE ANTIGUA, CALETA DE FUSTE
Situado en la zona central de la isla, el municipio de Antigua fue uno de los más habitados.
Con grandes zonas de cultivo, ofrece las edificaciones de mayor interés por su valor arquitectónico e histórico
Lo conforman los pueblos de Agua de Bueyes, Antigua, Caleta de Fuste, Casillas de Morales, La Corte, Las Pocetas, Las Salinas, Los Alares, Pozo Negro, Triquivijate y Valles de Ortega.
PLAYAS DE BETANCURIA
Este municipio posee varias playas en el Valle de Santa Inés, llamadas playa del Junquillo, playa del Jurado y playa del Valle de Santa Inés, ubicadas concretamente en el lugar denominado Aguas Verdes.
Lo conforman los pueblos de Betancuria, Valle de Santa Inés y Vega del Río Palmas.
PLAYAS DE LA OLIVA,CORRALEJO
El municipio abarca toda la zona norte de la isla, incluyendo la Isla de Lobos.
Lo conforman los pueblos de La Oliva, Tindaya, Vallebrón, La Caldereta, Tostón o El Cotillo, El Roque, Los Lajares, Villaverde, Corralejo, Majanicho, Parque Holandés, La Capellanía e Isla de Lobos.
PLAYAS DE PÁJARA, MORRO JABLE, COSTA CALMA
El municipio más meridional de la isla, así como el más extenso de las Islas Canarias, cuenta con la mayor extensión de playas del archipiélago.
Eso ha determinado que gran parte de su litoral esté ocupado por urbanizaciones turísticas.
Lo conforman los pueblos de Ajuy, Cardón, Chilegua, Cofete, Costa Calma, La Lajita, La Pared, Las Hermosas, Mézquez, Morro Jable, Pájara, Puertito de la Cruz y Toto.
PLAYAS DE PUERTO DEL ROSARIO
Puerto del Rosario, actual capital de Fuerteventura cuenta con la mayoría de las instituciones insulares, una enorme actividad en el sector servicios y la mayor actividad comercial de la isla.
No por ello, debemos de pensar que carece de playas.
Lo conforman: Ampuyenta, Casillas del Angel, El Matorral, El Time, Guisguey, La Asomada, La Matilla, Las Parcelas, Llanos de la Concepción, Los Estancos, Los Molinos, Puerto del Rosario, Puerto Lajas, Tefía, Tesjuate y Tetir.
PLAYAS DE TUINEJE
Su situación, al sur de la isla de Fuerteventura, confiere al municipio de Tuineje, un clima cálido y fresco que permite el disfrute de sus recursos durante todo el año.
Lo conforman: Giniginámar, Gran Tarajal, Juan Gopar, Las Casitas, Las Playitas, Tarajalejo, Teguitar, Tesejeregue, Tiscamanita y Tuineje.
